Doesn't it hurt?
The first minutes feel unusually intense – that's normal. After a short while it turns into a pleasant warmth. Start with a thin shirt and build up slowly.
How long should I lie on the mat?
10–15 minutes is enough to start. Many people later use the mat for 20–30 minutes as a fixed part of their evening routine.
What's included in the set?
Acupressure mat (approx. 68 × 42 cm), matching neck pillow and a carry bag for storage and travel.
How do I clean the set?
Hand-wash the cover with mild detergent and dry flat. Wipe the pillow with a damp cloth.
Who should not use the mat?
Please do not use during pregnancy, with skin conditions, open wounds or blood clotting disorders. If you have health questions, talk to your doctor before use.
How fast is delivery?
Within Germany usually 5–8 business days. You'll receive tracking by email.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
You have 14 days to test your set at home. If it's not for you, email us – you'll receive a full refund. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
